It is not new that President Duterte has won the hearts of the Filipino OFWs. Visiting Qatar today, the Philippine President entered the stage. Cheers and applauds welcomed the leader as it proved support from the Filipino community in Qatar. Duterte was greeting everyone and decided to do some handshake to people in front. 7000 Filipinos attended was very warm leaving the President outbalanced for everyone was grabbing and pulling his hand. Good thing securities were able to rescue right away. What a warm welcome from Qatar!
