Duterte and team arrived at NAIA Terminal 1, almost four in the morning. With them arrived also 118 repatriated Filipino OFWs and 20 of ita children. Somw of these OFWs were undocumented workers who was given amnesty and somw were abuses workers especially women. Each of them were given Php10,000 cash assistance.
1. Repatriation Program
Duterte promised to support every OFW and by this program to continually support Filipino OFWs especially those who want to go back home in the Philipines.
"I'm thankful that you are home safely, we know your hardwork and sacrifice. I have directed relevant agencies to assist you as you turn a chapter in your life."
He added, "...salamat sa tulong na inyong naibigay sa bayan." (Thank you for all your what you did for our country.)
2. $900 million Investments
Expected to generate 62,000 job opportunities, Duterte was able to brought home $900 million investments from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar will help a lot of Filipinos and OFWs start a living.
Duterte also signed a bilateral agreement for healthcare, culture, and vocational aspects in Bahrain.

3. Planned Hospitals for Filipino OFWs
Duterte also promised his best of generating funds to promote healthcare and support for the OFWs. The President will to ask permission to the Middle East government leaders to grant at least small general hospitalsl. Having said this to his speech during the state visit, the Filipino OFWs applauded the president.
