Reports have been saying that Senator elect Leila de Lima is
in connection to the spread of drug trade in the Philippines and she was even
labeled as “The Protector” of drug lords inside the Bilibid. The senator is in
denial against this because according to her, these are all alleged issues and lies used
against her but her case has already been set for a hearing on September 20.
Senator de Lima is even allegedly had a part from drugs
proceeds amounting to 5 million pesos which the information came from witnesses
inside the Bilibid.
“Colangco is one of the 10 to 12 high-profile inmates na
mag-te-testify,” Atty. Aguirre said today.
Colangco and with other inmates are said to testify against de Lima on
the hearing.
